1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and dddjiji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming services available at dddjiji.org and its associated subdomains and applications (collectively, "the dddjiji Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, accessing any game, claiming any bonus, or logging in to your dddjiji account through dddjiji Login, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. These Terms apply to all use of the dddjiji Platform, whether accessed via a desktop web browser, mobile browser, or any official dddjiji application.

• You have not previously had a dddjiji account that was suspended, terminated, or closed for violation of these Terms.

dddjiji reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any member at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered dddjiji account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or any other shared identifier — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates of an existing registered account may be suspended without notice and any balances therein handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dddjiji Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. dddjiji support staff will never ask for your full password or OTP through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.

You agree to notify dddjiji immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting us at the details provided in Section 16 of these Terms. dddjiji shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such loss arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication

dddjiji strongly recommends that all members activate two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts via SMS OTP. Where 2FA is available, it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. dddjiji may, at its discretion, make 2FA mandatory for certain account actions including withdrawals and password changes.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC)

dddjiji is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests and in connection with its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. The KYC process requires you to submit valid proof of identity and proof of address documents as directed by the dddjiji compliance team.

4.1 Accepted Philippine Identity Documents

4.2 KYC Submission Requirements

All submitted documents must be clear, legible, unexpired, and unaltered. You may be required to submit a selfie photograph holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note bearing your dddjiji username and the current date. dddjiji reserves the right to request additional documents where initial submissions are insufficient to complete verification.

4.3 KYC and Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. dddjiji will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dddjiji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). dddjiji does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by dddjiji and may vary by payment method. Current minimum amounts are displayed on the dddjiji cashier page at the time of transaction. dddjiji reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to members.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your dddjiji PHP wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. dddjiji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within the standard processing window stated on the dddjiji cashier page. dddjiji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud. Any withdrawal found to be associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

5.5 Responsible Use of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your dddjiji account are your own legally obtained funds and are not derived from any unlawful activity. dddjiji is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dddjiji offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

dddjiji actively monitors accounts for behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, and colluding with other members in connection with bonus utilisation. Where bonus abuse is detected, dddjiji reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or permanently terminate the implicated account without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the dddjiji Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, sports betting, sabong, Monster Mine, and Teen Patti Joker — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface and the general fair play standards maintained by dddjiji and its certified game providers.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All dddjiji casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems sourced from licensed game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined entirely by these certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by dddjiji or any third party. Game provider certifications are maintained on an ongoing basis.

7.2 Sports Betting and Live Events

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dddjiji Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the dddjiji Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Engaging in collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the dddjiji Platform's software, odds engine, or payment system;
• Using the dddjiji Platform for any money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other illegal financial activity;
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a minor or any person who has been self-excluded from the Platform;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in any conduct that damages the reputation, operations, or systems of dddjiji;

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the dddjiji Platform may activate self-exclusion from their account dashboard or by contacting dddjiji support. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, dddjiji will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded member from accessing the Platform, receiving promotional communications, and making new deposits. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reduced or reversed before the stated end date.

9.2 21+ Enforcement

dddjiji enforces the mandatory 21 years of age minimum requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dddjiji Platform — including but not limited to the dddjiji brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, text, and user interface elements — is the property of dddjiji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dddjiji Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dddjiji Platform without the prior written consent of dddjiji.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dddjiji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the dddjiji Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

dddjiji's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their dddjiji account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dddjiji does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dddjiji shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Termination and Suspension

dddjiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where dddjiji reasonably believes that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The member has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to dddjiji;
• The member is subject to a self-exclusion order or court order restricting gaming participation.

Upon termination, dddjiji will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) to the member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that the balance is not subject to dispute or investigation. Termination of an account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party prior to the date of termination.

13. Privacy and Data

dddjiji collects, processes, and stores personal data from members in accordance with the dddjiji Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the dddjiji Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to dddjiji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the dddjiji Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
